When you book onto an expedition with us we will ask you to provide personal data in order for us to deliver the expedition onto which you have booked. This information is confidential and will not be shared or used for any other purpose than the delivery of your expedition. We will share your information with relevant third parties connected with the delivery of your expedition eg airlines, hotels, emergency assistance providers etc but we will only ever share the relevant information required to deliver that aspect of your trip.
We would like to send you information about future travel opportunities and offers as well as update you on our on going project work and the work of the Camps Foundation. If you consent to receive marketing emails you will be able to opt out at anytime by updating your privacy preferences. We will not share your details with any other companies.
