ViewVolunteering in Ecuador is a rewarding experience and filled with adventure. You’ll be living and working alongside wonderful local people in the Andes, Amazon and along the Pacific coast. Many of the people we work with are living in poverty and don’t have access to proper education facilities or the means to generate enough income to support their families. Our volunteer projects are based around the needs of each community, we listen to them and develop projects that will have a lasting benefit to them. We always finish what we start, so you can rest assured that your hard work will be continued once your gap year experience is over.
Our programmes also involve working on a range of vital wildlife conservation and environmental projects in some of the world’s most important and fragile ecosystems. These range from Ecuador’s highlands, the stunning Pacific Ocean where you may be lucky enough to see humpback whales, and the mighty Amazon rainforest, home to around 10% of all species on Earth!
